We will discuss your skills, experience, salary requirements, travel capabilities, geographic preferences and career goals related to any relevant positions.

We will contact you as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available that matches your skillset.

What happens once I've submitted my resume?

If we have a suitable vacancy that matches your skillsets, you will be contacted by one of our specialist team members who will arrange a phone interview to discuss your skills and goals. If your skillsets match appropriately with the role available, we will fully prepare you for the interview, as well as provide feedback.

Is my resume and information kept confidential?

We strive to ensure that your resume is submitted with your prior consent and that you are contacted first to discuss a job opening before we submit the resume to the employer.

Is there a fee?

The applicant pays no fee at all. All costs are incurred by the employer. However, all clients must participate fully to ensure success in finding a placement and fulfilling all the requirements. These will be discussed in detail with your assigned recruitment team member.

What level of position do you recruit for?

We recruit from junior to senior positions within the industry. You will be assigned to a recruiter who will be very familiar with the level of position you are applying for.

As a contractor, who is my employer?

Pharmabio Staffing is your employer and will issue your paycheck.
